All sales shipped to a FFL dealer , local sales are subject to 8% NYS Sales tax as well as undergo a FBI NICS background check on all handgun or long gun transactions.

All Federal and State regulations apply. Please check your local laws relating to restricted items.

We will not sell or transfer any restricted items to States that have restricted items list. Know your laws before ordering.

On sale items on all handguns and long guns are the lowest price allowed.

Shipping and handling charges are subject to all firearm sales. 


At South Mountain Armory we offer sales of antique firearms, handguns, long guns, tactical rifles and shotguns, optics and accessories, NFA items to qualified individual officers and agencies on written letterhead/requests, All NFA rules apply to NFA items. We offer transfer services as well as consignment services. We specialize in catering to New York Law Enforcement Officers.

We are licensed by the Federal Government, B.A.T.F.E. as well as the State of New York.
